Group each presentation into one of three buckets: recently-worked (modified in the last 2 weeks), stale (older than 2 weeks with no recent chat/doc references), and actively-discussed (referenced in TeamChat or CloudDocs regardless of age). Report each presentation with its bucket and the evidence (last-modified date, slide count, any referencing channel/doc).
